A little about us.


Landworks Development, LLC, is a Farmington Valley based development partnership founded more than 15 years ago by developer Ron Janeczko and builder Chris Nelson. Together, the celebrated team combines land planning and site development skills with the construction experience and knowledge of a second-generation builder.

The result of this collaboration has been a series of highly successful, award-winning developments in the Farmington Valley. Landworks has been the recipient of many honors from the National Home Builders Association (HBA), the Connecticut HBA, and the Farmington Chamber of Commerce. Janeczko and Nelson have been honored, respectively, as the HBA's Developer and Builder of the Year.
